Send to team members, TA, Team-Building TA, faculty advisor and team coordinator

Comments and additions are appreciated. Please send any solutions you may

have to problems stated on agenda

1. Place, Time and Date of Meeting, How long will meeting be?

2. Read format Agenda (pg ~53-55)

3. Estimate time for each agenda item

4. Socialize for 5 minutes List as agenda item

5. State Key Topic of Meeting

6. State Importance and deadline for key topic

7. Put in time for comments on agenda on each topic

8. Define Goals for the meeting with time to discuss listed

9. State any problems from last meeting to discuss

10.Assign Team priorities for these issues with time to address

11.Any tasks you feel will have obstacles list so they can be assigned to

team members during meeting

12. List any solutions you feel would be helpful

13. Leave time to brainstorm solutions in agenda and time to prioritize and

categorize the solutions (pg ~75-76 of manual)

14. Decide which tasks should be done by each team member or leave time to

decide which tasks will be done by each team member

15. Discuss Time Management at every meeting. Review your monthly planner

(page 32)

16. List action steps you feel should be taken on each item

17. Time for feedback from team on issues discussed at the meeting

18. Ten minutes at end of meeting to discuss team issues

19. Put in time to summarize meeting for team

20. Tentative action plans or completed action plans to be reviewed should

be sent as attachment.
