We have a deep respect for and commitment to protecting and improving the environment. We work to reduce our environmental footprint by purchasing locally whenever feasible; recycling paper, glass and aluminum; utilizing biodegradable trash bags; composting all food waste and offering compostable service-ware to our customers. We encourage our customers to dispose of unwanted food and service-ware at the tray return window in the dining room.

We then sort the items into their appropriate receptacles. We can maximize our recyclable and compostable waste by eliminating cross contamination which can occur with public receptacles. 100 Main Catering also utilizes bio-friendly service-ware whenever possible. We offer emissions-free delivery which will reduce the number of delivery vans that sit and idle in the parking lot. Small steps each day can have great impact both today and tomorrow.
