1. Have your 11220map.mxd file open in ArcMap.

2. Go to File->Add Data and locate your copy of the "5cities_s04.mdb" file you copied from the 11.220 census folder. Open the table "tbl_rec4."

3. The result. You can see the table listed on the left, at the bottom of the "Table of Contents."
