ArcGIS > Join Tables

1. Right-click on the "fivecities_bg" layer and choose Joins and Relates->Join.

2. Set the criteria as follows:

3. Double-click on the "fivecities_bg" and choose the Symbology tab in the Layer Properties window. Pull down the Value menu under the Fields heading and choose "tbl_rec4.pct_own." Change the classification to quantile. Click OK until you get back to the map.
