SPSS > Histogram

1. A histogram is another type of graphic display for datasets. To create one go to Graphs->Histogram....

2. Select "incws" and check "Display normal curve." Click OK.

3. No you see the frequency distribution of the wage/salary income binned in $10,000 increments. The outlier raises the value of the mean and pulls (or, skews) the distribution tail to the right.
