(1) Discuss next steps for East Boston land value exploration
  -- Block level land value (per sq.ft) and building value (per gross sq.ft)
     -- from 'vector' analysis of parcel assessing data (via SQL queries)
     -- from 'raster' analysis of 1986-95 sales (via zonal statistics for each block)
  -- 3D visualization in ArcScene and Google Earth

(2) Demo use of terrain models: Triangulated Irregular Network (TIN)
  -- hillshade computations
  -- Drape major roads onto terrain model
  -- I will demonstrate using 'bostin' folder
  -- You will explore using eboston05_hp folder
  	--- Extrude the East Boston building footprints above the 3D surface
