Questions about seismic exploration
1. How many attempts of explosion should we make to cover the entire area we want?

Questions about non-seismic exploration
1. How can one measure the electric resistivity of reservoir rocks that are buried 
deep underground?
2. Do you have any prediction on when the earth’s field NMR can be applied to 
hydrocarbon exploration and how much it will cost?
3. According to your explanation, those exploration methods do not seem to cause 
any environmentally harmful effect themselves. However, accompanying facilities 
and staff can be a cause of pollution and ecological disturbance. In addition, how 
much does each of those methods cost? 

Questions about drilling 
1. How many drilling facilities do you expect to be necessary to extract oil from 
the entire ANWR region?
2. Can you describe your drilling method in a more detailed way? I think that 
technically recoverable amount of oil depends on the method of drilling, so we 
should have the information on the possible yield of your drilling method. Also, 
the speed of extraction can be a factor of economic evaluation.

Questions about production facilities
1. If the heat does not flow into the permafrost, the heat generated in the 
facility should be dissipated into the surroundings in other ways (For example, 
the heat can flow into the air.) Is there any possibility that these other kinds 
of heat flow can cause damage to the adjacent environment? 

Questions about transportation 
1. What do you think about the noise made by helicopters?
