We might have had our last team meeting this afternoon. :o(
This week, I have been finishing up my research on previous sensor-work
in national parks. John and I are on the team to write the
village summary, and we're planning on meeting tomorrow afternoon
(October 30th).

This week, I've been researching the sensors used in national
parks. It's hard to find pages that give you direct information,
so I'm slowly gathering information. For example, some national
parks count the number of vehicles that enter the park, and I assume
that is a type of sensor because it gives monitors the number of people
who are in the park. I have to interpret information like that in
order to determine what types of sensors they use.
At our team meeting, we decided to continue on the research we had been
working on. This is a really good thing, because I definitely
needed more time.

This week, I've been assigned the task of researching the type of
biopreserve that is already established in Greenland. I am having
a lot of trouble finding information about this through Lexis-Nexis and
the online journal databases. At the meeting today, Bryan told me
to try "googling" it to find keywords, and so I think that's what I'm
going to try to do.
