• Decide what to do with Wednesday- voted to decide per week
• Don't forget to use the UTF/TAs
• Website group must also work with the Presentation group
• Start to work sooner, have fun, make a timeline and outline (super big outline) for website, put names to what's due
• don't waste time delegating responsibilities, spend it brainstorming
• narrow down the problem: choose only a few (passionate) ideas, not a billion okay ones. get good references
• prepare for lots of late nights the week before
