Buoy:
Power Source: Solar/gas
Drop line connection: (4 allocates space, 10 designs)
Network Uplink Connection: (4 allocates space, 10 designs)
Docking for fuel resupply
Battery backup systems: 4 days

Cable drop: Currently under 10's jurisdiction.

Station:
Cable Connection
Storage: Need #'s from 8.
Life Support Systems:
  • Atmosphere (recycle)
  • Water (recycle)
  • Waste (removed)
  • Food (delivered)
Kitchen design
Bathroom design
Exercise equipment: (numbers from 8 would help)
Control Room:
