Course Description

This course covers modern capital market theory and its applications to corporate finance.

Lectures

Lectures are in room E25-111 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00 to 2:00 (Professor Vayanos) and 2:00-4:00 (Professor Willard). Attendance is mandatory.

Recitations

Recitations are on Fridays from 2:30 to 4:00. The room is TBA. The TA is Li Jin. Attendance is not mandatory.

Office Hours

Professor Vayanos has office hours on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 5:00 at room E52-437. Professor Willard has office hours on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 5:00 at room E52-436. Li Jin has office hours on Tuesdays from 1:00 to 2:30 at room E52-442.
