STISIM Drive (SDL) - Q - Rectangle Sign

Display a white rectangular sign with black border and nothing on it. This event should no longer be used and instead you should create the roadway sign using the SIGN event.

EVENT PARAMETERS:

PARAMETER 1:	Not used (set to zero). This remains in the format to keep event files that were created for previous versions of the program compatible with this version.
PARAMETER 2:	The longitudinal distance, in feet, that the sign is away from the driver when the sign initially appears.

EXAMPLE:

1000,Q,0,1000

Once again, not exactly the most interesting event, but it can be used to give the driver something to look at. In the example shown, the rectangular sign will appear after the driver has driven 1000 feet down the road. When the sign initially appears, it will be 1000 feet in front of the driver.
