About: It works with a.out, but not with hello*

    I found that the a.out executable works fine- for
    hello as well as for pingpong. However with hello*
    and pingpong* it does not work. I thought the
    a.out was supposed to be identical to the hello*
    file- but maybe I am wrong about that.
