Little Big Mice

Concepts and Sketches by Drew

The first concept sketch is a 2-point perspective drawing with lighting/shading on the piano keys. This gives a sense for the size of the room, given the person standing on the platform.

The second concept sketch is a 2-point perspective drawing of the method for indicating which key to step on and when. Vertical lines with rings indicate align with each key. As the dots descent towards the ring, the player must step on the key in time with the dot passing through the ring. Hold the key down if there is a trailing tail on the dot.

The third concept is another 2 point perspective drawing showing the cheering (or booing) crowd behind the player. This crowd should also have its own one point perspective to bring depth to a "2.5D" aesthetic of the back wall.
