Cannonball Run

As the crew walks into the room, they see a gigantic table before them. In the background, sounds of pirates laughter and waves of the sea surrounded them.

What a weird table this is! There were handles on the side and what seems to be many pitholes and walls on it. There was a big X near the center of the table and a Cannonball? What is a cannonball doing on the table? Isn't that dangerous?!

Curious, the crew took positions around the table and tried pulling and pushing the handles. But nothing happened! Frustrated, they leaned against the table for support. Suddenly, the table began to tilt! And the cannonball began to roll in the direction of the tilt.

"Aha! We have to tilt the table and guide the cannonball to the X mark at the end!" Excited by the game, the crew began to enthusiastically tilt the table.

Plonk!" The cannonball seems to have fallen into one of the pitholes! Frustrated, the crew could only begin once again from the start. Tilting the table, they directed the cannonball that has fallen onto the lower level to the reset area.

When it reached the reset area, the cannonball was magically lifted up back into the playing area. Determined to not mess up again, the crew began to focus on the task at hand.

Each time the ball neared a hole, there were gasps and held breath all around them as though there was a huge pirate audience watching the game. As the cannonball continued its journey, the tension in the air continued to grow as the pirates became more and more excited. There were even people placing bets on whether the ball would fall into a hole, with sounds of laughter when they won.

Ignoring the distractions around them, the crew focused intensely on directing the cannonball. Each tilt had to be precisely carried out by the whole team or they would have to restart the whole game again.

After dodging all the obstacles and pitholes, the crew finally directed it to the X mark. Loud cheering immediately filled the air as the pirates began to congratulate the courageous crew. Heaving a sigh of relief, the crew smiled and joined the rowdy pirates as they began to break out in songs.
