In this critique you will provide your classmates with feedback while having your first opportunity to assess the work of others.
Before critiquing, it is strongly recommended that you read these design critique guidelines (written for web design, but very applicable). It might also be useful to review the briefing from the client for open world.
You will be sent, by email, instructions for reviewing 2 different user experience designs (storyboards) using an online form. For each critique that you have been assigned, review the design and write a short assessment considering clarity, innovativeness, idea/experience potential, and presentation of the storyboard materials. More details are on the review form.
When you have critical comments, it is essential to provide constructive suggestions on how to improve the work. Constructive feedback is actionable, and provides possible improvement avenues to explore. Your critique/reviews will be graded by the course instructor. If your required reviews are completed, thoughtful, and fair, then full credit will be received.
All reviews will be made available on the course website but, as a reviewer,
you will remain anonymous.
Please see the submission instructions for more details.
