Feedback on the concept explored by the sketch model

Client 1:

This sketch model is really helpful in visualizing the room and communicating your intent. Is there any fear about the colors of the jellybeans being lost with the colored lighting in the room? Have you tested this model under different lighting colors?

Client 2:

I would try to keep people from having to climb too high on the wall. This is to prevent injury if and when they fall off.

I think doing a foot ledge and holds for your hands is good enough, and challenging enough for most people.

The simple but effective wall covering is nice!

I think the vision is pretty clear, but again I would keep in mind that players don't necessarily have to lose several rounds to get the hang of this puzzle. I think the pink and white colors you chose for the walls were smart, and I would stay consistent with it (have the other walls be the same pattern) since having all those colors could get confusing. In addition, you guys might get color blind or deaf players and you have to be mindful of that. Maybe when the twister wheel shows a specific color or the loudspeaker announces it, have the jellybeans or tiles of those specific colors flash lights of that color to make it easier for the colorblind players to find them.

Reviewer 4:

Great concept idea to explore how the room would look as a whole and with people interacting with it. However, there is so much extra floor space that is not utilized. Could you texture the floor or make themed obstacles to make the players more aware that they can't step on the floor. Also, how would you make sure the game is still safe if people fall? Having a foam pit disguised as sprinkles or a cotton candy cloud floor are a couple ideas.

Looks-like model:

Highly describe the model in the storyboard. Particularly I appreciate the color contrast of the wall, which excites players more.

Reviewer 3:

The sketch model looked really nice and clean and clearly showed the game. I think having it be open and show 1/2 the room was great and helpful in seeing the design. I wish you guys would have shown the tiles on the floor that would correspond to each player and their numbers (as was shown in the concept sketch), but overall the sketch model was super colorful and playful, which fits within the theme of candy land.

Reviewer 4:

Great execution, your idea was communicated very well and I loved how you used actual jellybeans for the hand holds. I also appreciated how you put a person in the model; it made it very easy to see how someone would interact with the room. The organization of the mini room and the color concepts were also very clean and well-executed.

Works-like model:

It is a great model to show the mechanism. Something beyond the model should be considered: How is the safety since it is electric? How to control the real lights as it seems too many wires to be taken into account? How to change lights when facing such many wires?
