Reviewer 1:

The idea of using two identically laid out rooms to show the before/after states is a very good one. It eliminates the need to "reset" the room. The damage due to the attack can also be easily modeled since the users won't be there and will only hear the attack. My main issue is the space required to build the concept. From this standpoint, I think the moving room idea is better than the disorienting hallway. The long hallway may be impractical for client requirements, and also seems unlikely in a cramped submarine. How about looking at another idea: The team enters the safe room and the door shuts. The door is disguised & looks identical to other wall panels in the safe room. So the team does not realize where the door is, and during the time spent in that room will forget where they entered. When they leave, another panel opens up to the other room, but the team thinks they are leaving using the same door.

Reviewer 2:

The storyboard is very nice. Perhaps a larger version of it could have been provided because it would have been nice to just get an understanding of some of the details that you are trying to show. Frame flee to room b and frame attacked! (major) were a bit confusing. Also, I felt a bit confusing going from frame flee to room b to frame claustrophobia to frame attacked! (major) for some reason. I cannot really put my finger on it, but it was confusing. It is possibly because the room shapes sort of changed and I thought that in frame claustrophobia they were in some different room then they were in frame attacked! (major) possibly because of the coloration and the lines. Again, I feel that this confusion could have been avoided with a larger option to view the storyboard. I do like the story though. I mean how great would that be to see that you go back into some room to find it all messed up when in reality it really was just a different room but you would be able to confuse someone that much. May I suggest a way to accomplish this? Perhaps you can just have a sliding fa ade wall that would have some picture frames on there or some key details and you would just have one opening and that opening would move to different rooms once people left the original room they were in and fled to the safe room. This wall fa ade would take up the entire wall and people would think it was a real wall but it would move to another opening once people left the room and would not be able to tell that it moved. Also, you could try playing some optical illusion games like putting spinning spiral discs on the wall or something that would mess up people’s vision so while they were doing that, you could slide the wall and their eye sight would be a bit messed up for a bit—just enough to get them past any ability to detect they were going into the same room. I really like the storyboard but it would have been nice to see a larger and cleaner version. Also, if I may add, I would have liked to see a bit mor e text description under. It is a bit too too informal. More text would have made things a bit clearer in my opinion. Nice work though.
