Suggested Improvements

LSC workers have 6 or 7 shifts a term, so the service or punctuality can vary greatly depending on who is working when. The workers remain consistent individually, but the users may come to another movie and be told something different from another worker. The challenge is then to not only help the user, but also to try to reduce the variability that comes with different LSC workers.

While this doesn't usually affect user satisfaction - they are still ultimately wanting to see a movie on the big screen for cheap and that is what they are getting - the following suggestions are focused on giving the users more cues to reduce confusion and waiting.
