7:00 p.m.

In 2001 the ring committee first proposed the idea of a ring delivery - an event that attempts the grandeur that the Brass Rat tradition demands.  Since that year, the tradition of Ring Delivery has continued.   A semi-formal evening with dinner and entertainment, ring delivery is when we as a class first receive our rings.  Continuing this tradition, the 2008 Ring Committee is proud to reveal our Ring Delivery location this evening.  This event is free for all members of the class of 2008, and we invite you to join us for a memorable evening.  Celebrate, as we come together as an entire class for the first time since Orientation, and for the last time before commencement in June of 2008.

Join the Class of 2008 for a grand evening at the 2008 Ring Delivery!  Delivery will be held this Saturday, April 22nd from 7:00pm to 11:00pm at the Boston Public Library, 700 Boylston Street.

This event is open exclusively to members of the class of 2008.  All members of the class are invited to attend, even if they did not purchase a ring.  Students should enter the library from the Dartmouth Street entrance. The library is accessible from the MBTA Green Line (Copley stop) and is also within walking distance of campus.

All members of the class MUST bring their MIT ID.  Those who ordered a ring in February will be able to pick them up from the ring company if their balance is paid in full before 1:00pm on Tues, April 18th.  To check your balance, contact Patrick Trujillo at 1-866-225-3687, x2514.  Rings that are not picked up at delivery can be picked up Mon-Thurs, April 24-27th 10am to 3pm from the Ring Company in the student center.  Additional ring orders can be placed at this time.

Dinner will be served at Delivery.  Suggested attire is formal.
