MIT-Lausanne Choral Exchange 2006

The Concert Choir participated in an international musical exchange program in Spring 2006 with the University Choir of Lausanne, performing Johannes Brahms' Ein Deutsches Requiem together, both in Boston and in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The exchange was a phenomenal experience. We performed the Requiem together at MIT and in the Cathedral of Lausanne. During our nine days in Switzerland, not only did we sing, but we hiked in the Alps, visited Geneva and Bern, and ate like the Swiss. We bonded as a choir and gained new perspective.
