I’m grateful
for your offer, but I can’t give you the answer right away. Please let me think for a while.
3. すみませんが、しばらくここで待たせていただくわけにはいきませんか。
Excuse me, but
would it be possible for you to let me wait here a while?

I’m starved and about to faint. Please, please let me eat something.
