Dear African-cinema-conference listserver subscribers:
At the last FESPACO, we had a meeting of African cinema film distributors
and decided to set up this listserver, as well as one for distributors only.
Anyhow, the one for distributors only has the following list of subscribers
- all of which are also members of this listserver. That listserver has
been not active for a long time.
I would like to propose that we reactivate that listserver and set it up for
folks going to the next FESPACO - or at least interested in going. The
listserver is already set up, and I suspect all the people on the list below
are interested in it, and probably going. If not, they can unsubscribe.
I'd like to make this FESPACO listserver into being non-moderated, to
lighten my workload. I will have to figure out how to do that, so it won't
happen soon. Besides the new listserver software is coming in a couple days
and I have no idea how that will impact on my time, etc...
Does anyone like or not like that idea? If you are interested in going to
FESPACO and getting all the listserver postings on FESPACO, just send a note
to hub@xc.org and in the body of the text say: subscribe afcin-dist
