The fifth floor is the neural center of the association and houses its various units. The president's office, the women's association office, meeting hall, and ancestral hall intersect in a central courtyard illuminated by a skylight. The courtyard is modelled after traditional Chinese architecture, it is also where Tai Chi classes are held every Sunday.
