Tuesday, March 10th: Project 1 Preliminary Screens

A few things have changed from what I mentioned in my project statement. Instead of having the interface/metaphor being a CD rack, it is an online music database, somewhat like CD Now. The initial screen would show a featured new release which is the entrance into the story. It would be the latest installment in the saga of the characters in the story and would have links to other albums why the band, the individual members, their manager, their producer, their influences, and maybe the direct albums or artists they were referring to in their music.

Anyway, I have made a couple of sample screens. I'm still playing with how I want to present the liner notes. The screens I have now seem to downplay the importance of the notes and, in it's attempt to be realistic, brings a lot of the unimportant details to the foreground.
