In 2005, Buster Quay left his band, Dumptruck, to try performing solo. On the road, he met Dave "The Head" Metropolis who had recently left the Natural Wonders to explore new musical territory. The two decided that they'd make an excellent team, and began writing new songs that night. They picked up a brass section, Jake Roberts and Tony Malone in Cincinnati, and were on their way to finding their new sound. This album is that sound. |
