Phil fakes recognizing Ned to get away quickly, but Ned follows. Phil begs off, saying: "I'm not feeling real well." Ned uses it as an opportunity to sell insurance and puts an arm around Phil, buddy-buddy. Phil freaks and runs into puddle, Ned says: "Watch out, that first step's a doozy," again.
