This is mostly self-explanitory. Every character except Hinkley has a device he or she wants to build. Each has the knowledge of how to build his or her own machine, but no one elses. Parker and Prince can each learn to build other's machines due do their special abilities, but no one else can. Not all of the devices can be built, so the characters wil have to try to convince each other and negotiate to build the device they want. The main restrictions are STIs. The distribution is:
Parker: Needs Radiation Modulator and Phase Inducer, has Radiation Modulator
Kent: Needs Phase Inducer and Time Amplifier, has Phase Inducer
Kyle: Needs Time Amplifier and Capacitance Inverter, has Time Amplifier
Banner: Needs Capacitance Inverter and Space Transmogrifier, has Capacitance Inverter
Prince: Needs Space Transmogrifier, Radiation Modulator, and Phase Inducer, has Space Transmogrifier
Each also has some RTIs, but not enough. There are not enough RTIs in game for everyone to build their devices.
