The two Frums look around. The kitchen is differnt from the last time they were here. In the light, they see a whole array of new possiblities, including the light itself. But that can wait for another night. Right now they are concerned will what Mel is doing. He has already cleaned up most of the broken glass, but there are still some small pieces to get.
Footsteps echo on the stairs as Mel comes back to the room. The Frums decide to go check out the bedroom from which Mel is returning. They head upstairs, but not before scattering the glass a bit more than it had been.
