JOT: [Datestamp lost] Today the wind tore my Day Runner out of my hands as I was walking across the Harvard Bridge. I felt almost physically ill as I stood there in the rain and watched the churning waters consume it.

I'm flogging myself for not converting all of my calendar information over to this thing or one of my other electronic organizers. Of course, then there is always the problem that these are just as susceptible to loss, and more liable to damage. But I could have backed up my calendar to each of my differently-sized systems, so failure or loss of one of them wouldn't have been fatal.
