A butterfly flew beside a high ocean cliff and was caught in
a net by a smiling little boy, who
put it in a jar and took it home with him.

And during a lovely calm night, a ship sailed quietly across the
ocean, propelled by gentle breezes to its final destination.

Delay the Ship

Where Mr. Griffin waited for it in a quiet lagoon in the darkness,
while the air quietly stirred the leaves of the trees above him.

Distract Mr. Griffin

The small ship pulled into the lagoon on time, and Mrs. Griffin
happily waved to her husband from the deck. When the vessel landed
by the beach, Mrs. Griffin quickly left from the boat and ran to
her husband, happy to see him after so long and wondering why he
wanted her to come to such a remote quiet place.

Keep
Mrs. Griffin on the Boat

Mr. Griffin took his wife in his arms with tears in his eyes. She
saw the tears and didn't understand. When she felt her husband
stab her in the heart, she was too shocked to scream. She slumped
onto the beach and felt the water lapping against her body, as her
husband reached down and closed her open eyes. Mr. Griffin felt
tears in his eyes again, but then made his face hard, as he
picked up his wife's body and hid her among the quietly rustling
trees. As he tried to force what he had done out of his mind, he
quickly ran aboard the still waiting boat and sailed away.
