Hamstring

The final hamstring stretch is a traditional hamstring stretch. In a seated position, place the leg you wish to stretch straight in front of you. Then place the other leg alongside to make a triangle with your legs. With a straight back, bend from your hips, and lean towards your toe. Reach for your toe with both hands and hold for 20 to 30 seconds (Figure 8). Do not bounce in an attempt to reach your toe. It is OK not to reach it.
