MatColoringPatch

 sed inside matrix coloring routines that use MatGetRowIJ() and/or MatGetColumnIJ().

int MatColoringPatch(Mat mat,int n,int ncolors,int *colorarray,ISColoring *iscoloring)

Input Parameters

mat - the matrix
n - number of colors
colorarray - array indicating color for each column

Output Parameters

iscoloring -coloring generated using colorarray information
