Date: Thu, 18 Mar 2004 23:51:55 -0500 (EST) From: Augusta K Dibbell <------@MIT.EDU> To: Jessica E Rosenkrantz <------@MIT.EDU> Subject: Re: last call for text if there ever was a sasquatch in my bedroom i'd really have to ask him to leave. or her, if the case would be as such. it would make such a mess. shedding everywhere, dropping pinecones and birds out of its fir, making the entire haus shake with its footsteps. now if it refused to leave, i'd have a problem. because reallly, what do you do with a sasquatch that refuses to leave a room? it can't be overcome by physical force--they're freaking huge, and telling it there's something really exciting outside also won't work--they're freaking smart. this brings us to the problem which seems to have no apparent solution. what i would reccomend is encasing the sasquatch in quick drying cement. no, that's cruel. scratch that idea. giving it lots of candy? no, that will only encourage it. ai yai yai, whatever shall i do? maybe if i play autchere really loud? no, he just stomps his feet to the beat, breaking the floor. covering the floor with ball bearings and banana peels? no, that just makes us slide around. it looks like i'm stuck with this sasquatch. if anybody knows how to get rid of it, please let me know. it's started sleeping in my bed. :o(
