Errata: In Problem 4.2,
the inequality v_OUT <= V_T should be v_GS <= V_T.

part (E), should read V_IN instead of v_OUT.
In addition, V_T should not be equal to zero.
A zero V_T leads to a saturation operating range
for the entire amplifier of only one input/output point.
Nonetheless, grading will be based on the original
problem statement.
