02/17/99 Handout 5, Page 3-32: In the paragraph starting with "A class of algorithms...", Line 9, replace "secondary" in "pages in a secondary memory of size n" with "primary". The correct text should read "pages in a primary memory of size n".
03/15/99 Lecture Notes for Lecture 12, Page 4: The mathematical expression for fairness should read as:

instead of as in the lecture notes handed out in class. The downloadable version on the web has the correct expression.
