6.033 - Computer System Engineering Lecture 23 - Wednesday, May 5, 2004

Read sections A and B of chapter 9. This lecture will complete our discussion of atomicity and discuss transactions. The main focus will be on consistency; we will also briefly discuss the other property of a transaction, durability, which will be discussed in more detail in recitation on 5/6/04.
