Please note some corrections to the ES writeup in your experiment writeup package:
On p. 4 fourth paragraph, it should read: "We can now begin the charging. You will charge up the capacitor by throwing the switch to the other position for what you consider to be one second and then opening the switch and reading the voltage difference across the capacitor."
On p. 4 fifth paragraph, the first sentence should read: "When the switch is closed, you have connected ..."
For problem 2c of experiment ES, make sure to observe what happens for at least several seconds of charging. You won't notice abrupt changes if you only charge for a typical 1 second estimation interval.
