Grades
Grades are not matched to a specific curve in this subject. If everyone
in the class does well, everyone can get an A. Grades will be
assigned based on your overall, weighted class average using the
weighting scheme presented below. The break points for A's, B's, etc. are given in the second table below. Throughout the semester, you have the scheme below that allows you to evaluate your performance up to that point. Check Stellar frequently! All your grades are there and should be visible to you when they are posted.

these breakpoints downwards. We will in no case adjust them upwards.
