After annealing, glasswork is put on the shelves in the back corner of the lab. The shelves are built in front of a window that faces into the hallway. As MIT's basement dwellers, visitors, and glass students pass by each day they can usually be seen peaking in to see what sort of new work has come out of the annealer that week.
