[in] enc_errbuf - Encoded error message

[out] dec_error - Decoded error message

retval:

• 0 Success; otherwise - Kerberos error codes

This function processes KRB-ERROR message enc_errbuf and returns an allocated structure dec_error containing the error message. Use krb5_free_error() to free dec_error when it is no longer needed.
