(1) innoculate 300 ml LB with 3 ml overnight Salmonella typhimurium 7155
(2) culture at 30degC to 2x10E8 cells/ml
(3) spin culture - in sterile centrifuge bottles - at 5K rpm for 10 minutes
(4) resuspend cell pellet in 25 ml LB
(5) transfer cells to sterile eyedropper bottle; store at 4degC for up to 2 weeks
