Running Buffer:

10 L H2O

30.3 g Tris Base (0.025 M)

144.1 g glycine (0.192 M)

10.0 g SDS (1%)

3X sample Buffer:

18.8 ml 1M tris pH 6.8

6gm SDS final (2%)

15 mls Beta mercaptoehtanol or 15 mM DTT (187.5 MW?)

30 ml Glycerol

a titch of bromophenol blue

qs 100 mls. H20
