fear and anger
The last section illustrates some of my feelings that have developed towards the site and my impressions of it during my visits. They may seem aberrations of the truth; however, Charlestown does have a history of intensive conflicts between different races as well as between different communities particularly in 1960's. In the recent years the relationships have been much calmer, yet one can still feel invisible tensions between the new and old community. It seems that there will be always conflict over human desire for money and land.
