Beacon Hill: The North Slope & Its
Context
Robert Morgan
This website documents the work that I produced during the fall semester
of 2001 while taking Professor Anne Whiston Spirn's class, Reading
& Telling Landscape: Photography as Inquiry. The site I chose
to work with was the North Slope of Beacon
Hill in Boston, MA, including Charles Circle and the link to the Esplanade
from Charles Circle. The links below highlight the four studies I worked
on while taking the class, and the Photographic Essay which is the culmination
of my photography, research, and writings in my journal.
