LNS Parking Coordinator - Joe Cucinotta


To request a day pass for a non-MIT vehicle:

  1. Contact Joe Cucinotta, LNS’ Parking Coordinator to request the pass.
  2. Provide Joe with the name of visitor, a non-MIT email for that person, date and time of visit, CO to be charged (usually a discretionary acct.).
  3. Once processed the guest will be issued an Electronic Visitor Pass via their email laying out the following:
    • Download the MIT Atlas mobile app.
    • Create an MIT guest account.
    • Register the vehicle they’ll be driving to campus.
  4. The pass can be printed out or loaded via the MIT Mobile Atlas App.
Notes:
  • Parking Cost: $34.00 per vehicle, per day and lot location is TBD (Joe will alert you what lot to use).
  • Requests must be initiated at least 24 hours before the guest’s visit.

If you are driving from Bates to Cambridge for business needs
in a Bates OR a personal vehicle:

  1. Collect a Scratch Pass from Anne Maloney and indicate your date and time for parking on the pass.
  2. Make your way to one of the lots available for parking: 139 Mass Ave, 600 Memorial Dr, 65 Waverly, and E62 (MIT Sloan).
Notes:
  • These passes are pre-paid and charged to the Bates discretionary account.
  • Downloading the MIT Atlas mobile app will help you to locate the parking lots and shuttles, should you need them.
