Display Weekly Distribution Percent Analysis Report

Overview

The LDS team has developed several functions to help you manage your LDS appointments.

The Distribution Percentage Analysis function displays the allocated percentage distribution for any appointment you select, by month or week. This report helps you to identify periods that have more than 100 percent or less than 100 percent distributions.

Note

If you have problems accessing any department information for which you should have authorization, contact your LDS Support Representative.

LDS requires that each monthly appointment distribution have 100% distribution for each period within the current FY. The Percentages button is useful for maintaining fiscal year values for LDS appointments distributed to multiple cost objects. The screen shows 12 or more periods (months or weeks) of percentage totals.

LDS also allows you to review distribution percentages on a weekly basis for weekly appointments. From the "Distribution Percent Analysis: By Month" screen, a weekly appointment record displays a Weeks button on the Function Bar. Click on a line in the report to select a month and cost object, then click on the Weeks button and you can view the percentage distribution broken out by weeks. An example is shown below. The fields are identical to the monthly table, although LDS does not require a 100% distribution for weekly staff.
