If your terminal is inactive for over two hours, you will
be automatically logged off the SAP production system. The dollar amount by which an invoice may exceed the Purchase
Order. No more than 50% per line item and no more than $100
for the total of the PO. The Toolbar is the first row of buttons on the SAP screen
and contains the Command field. In the Command field you can
enter fastpath commands that take you directly to a system
task without using menus. The buttons provide quick access
to commonly used SAP functions. A unique command that tells the system location of an SAP
transaction. A transaction code may contain only letters or
a combination of letters and numbers; for example, zstm
(Summary Statement) or fmz1 (Manual Funds Reservations).
Type the transaction code preceded by the prefix /n
in the Command field to access the corresponding SAP transaction.
For example, /nzstm accesses the Summary Statement. Defines the amount or size of the material being purchased
such as bottle (BT), box (Bx), each (EA). The importing of data from a front-end system such as personal
computer into the SAP system. For example, you can transfer
the contents of a spreadsheet into a journal voucher program
in SAP. The ability to set defaults in your personal SAP profile
on certain fields. Instead of having to select or enter the
same value repeatedly, you can create a default setting for
the field. For example, you can create a default for USD in
the Currency/rate field rather than having to type
it in every time you use this field. Function that allows users to view or change user information
