Beth Tener is the Executive Director of Sustainable Step New England (SSNE), a non-profit that helps organizations to grow and thrive within a changing global and natural environment. With her skills in facilitation, training and consulting, she helps organizations identify what to change using systems thinking and sustainability principles and helps facilitate the changes using with tools like strategic questioning and collaborative approaches that engage people and overcome barriers. She also has over 15 years of experience as a management consultant (previously with Arthur D. Little) and has worked with over 80 companies in a wide range of industries to assess and strengthen their organization’s practices to ensure strong environmental performance.
