Enclosed is update three for your Athena Technical Plan notebook.

If you don't have an Athena Technical Plan notebook, please tell my
secretary in E40-391.  For some reason, we have you on our list of
people who do.

To perform the update, proceed as follows:

     1.  Replace the cover page

     2.  Replace the table of contents

     3.  Add Section B (Technical Objectives and Requirements)

     4.  Add Section E.2.1  (Kerberos Authentication, etc.)

     5.  Add Section E.2.3  (Hesiod Name Service)

When you have completed this update, every dated item in the table of
contents should correspond to a notebook section that carries the
same date.
